RETURN POLICY

Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the shipping date. The items that are returned must be in postpaid (C.O.D. returns not accepted), unmodified, saleable condition. We won't be able to provide any warranty to the items that have been modified, are not in their original condition or are not in saleable condition. The custom orders are not returnable. If an item does not function convincingly, return it under the term of our guarantee. Returns should be made by properly packaging and shipping the returnable merchandise WITH A COPY OF THE PRINTOUT YOU RECEIVE WITH THE ORDER, along with any additional information that will help us process your return quickly.
